Curious by nature and cameraman by trade, I’m mostly seen in a backward hat, camera in hand, and off on another whirlwind adventure. My curiosity has led me away from my childhood home in the Bay Area to the snowy mountains of the Adirondacks, the aromatic streets of Seoul, and the warm waters of the Northern Marianas Islands. My goal as a photographer and filmmaker is to educate and entertain. I want to find the stories tucked away in the corners of the world, exploring ideas like maintaing black identity in predomintely white areas or developing modern LGBTQ+ vocabulary in Chamorro, the language of the Marianas. Through my assortment of lenses and compassion for people, let's make stories that are curious, make life a little less serious, and discover the comically fascinating chaos that makes it all worth framing.
